Andrew J. Reinhardt
A graduate of St. Lawrence University and Syracuse University Law School, Andy has been practicing law since 1980. He specializes in handling personal injury, workers’ compensation, social security disability cases.
A member of the D.C., Maryland and Virginia Bars, he is an active member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association (VTLA), the Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group (WILG), the National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives (NOSSCR), the Richmond Bar Association and the American Association of Justice (AAJ).
Andy is also a long time board member of WILG and currently serves as its President. WILG is a National Organization of attorneys who represent injured workers. Stephen T. Harper
A graduate of the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and the University of Richmond Law School, Stephen has been practicing law since 1995. He specializes in handling personal injury and workers’ compensation cases.
He is an active member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and the Richmond Bar Association and the American Association of Justice (AAJ). Stephen is also a board member of Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group (WILG). In Stephen’s first four years of practice, he tried approximately three dozen personal injury jury trials to a conclusion. Since then he has had hundreds of bench trials and dozens more personal injury jury trials.
Stephen has tried hundreds of workers' compensation cases and also taken his client cases to the highest Virginia courts handling workers’ compensations cases, including the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Virginia on numerous occasions. He has been involved in numerous cases setting significant precedents in the area of workers’ compensation law.
Stephen has not only written numerous articles and lectured on numerous occasions in regards to his areas of specialty; he is a recognized expert in regards to the interplay between both personal injury and workers compensation cases involving the same accident. Stephen not only has an expertise in handling accident and disability cases, but he spends much of his free time working on his race car so he can get back behind the wheel at the next race.
